Tyonex implements a consistent and mutually rewarding Corporate Social Responsibility program covering State Governments,
Hospitals, Charitable Organisations and NGOs. Tyonex believes in giving back to the society in which it operates.In keeping with this philosophy, Tyonex has made generous donations of pharmaceutical and other products to the governments and peoples of Abia, Akwa Ibom, Benue, Cross River, Rivers, Edo States and the Federal Capital Territory. The products donated included Almovas (Abia), Activin (Cross River), and Actimax (Benue). Tyonex also donated office equipment to the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Nsukka.

During its Annual Thanksgiving Service in January 2013, Tyonex Group reached out to orphans, hospitals and people living with
HIV/AIDS, donating drugs and providing much-needed succour. Among the beneficiaries were Compassionate Orphanage Home,
Alimosho General Hospital, Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS in Nigeria (NEPWHAN) and Iba Local Government in Lagos
State
